According to respondents’ answer, it was quite good. For professional people with certificates, their salaries increase with their experience. For example, in the United States, the average annual salary of people holding CCVP certification up to 8-9 years is 66,000 U.S. dollars. In general, CCVP 642-436 certification is conductive to increase the salary. According to the survey, the annual salary of CCVP certificate holders is four percent higher than the undocumented persons. In the 6,500 respondents, 20% of them increase the salary by the virtue of certificates, and another 50% has not changed their salary. Some employors surveyed last year said that they were willing to pay extra income for their employees’ certain technical abilities including technical certificates such as CCVP,CCNA, etc.
